Description of Requirement: The Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP) located in Fort Detrick, MD has a requirement for the Digital Telephones in accordance with (IAW) the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MEC) below. 7.1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. 7.2. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 7.3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; 12 July 2021. 7.4. This acquisition is a brand name or equal and full and open competition. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: The NAICS code for this requirement is 517911, Telecommunication Resellers with a size standard of 1,500 employees. 7.5. Contract award will be made on a competitive best value basis using “Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA)” approach. 7.6. The Contract Line Items Number (CLINs) and item, quantities units of measure, and description are identified under the Supplier/Services Section of the RFQ. 7.7. The anticipated date of delivery is 30 September 2021 with shipping Free On Board (FOB) Destination IAW FAR 52.247-34. 7.8.
