This is an unrestricted requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713940 (size standard $8,000,000.00 US Dollars). The following action is to be completed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the Defense Health Agency, Healthcare Operations (J-10) TRICARE Health Plan Division (THP) for annual health club membership for services, materials, and equipment for physical fitness activities at a commercial facility to support up 54 military and civilian Defense Health Agency (DHA) (J-10, J-6, J-4, J-1) employees who are assigned to the Lincoln Center and Bank of America, San Antonio, Texas; according to MECs/salient characteristics listed in the Solicitation. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by USAMRAA, Fort Detrick, MD and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2020-06 which is effective 06-05-2020.
