Under full and open competition, this requirement shall provide Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) server-based and mobile device-based software components for the Department of Defense (DoD) existing Military Health Care Environment. The Contractor shall provide COTS server-based and mobile device-based software components for the DoD’s existing MHCE Systems, all related software licensing, and software updates as required to ensure that the COTS software components are current and relevant to the ever changing landscape of mobile wireless device operating systems and wireless carrier requirements security and credentials requirements. Furthermore, the Contractor shall provide related support services (technical support, training and Other Direct Costs (ODCs)) to the DoD existing MHCE Systems. Finally, the Contractor shall provide support services specifically focused on research objectives for the next generation of mobile health solutions via the MHCE systems. These objectives shall be determined by the Government on an annual basis. This requirement will be awarded as an Indefinate Delivery/ Indefinate Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a five year ordering period. Orders will be issued off the basic IDIQ. This requirement is in support of Telemedicince and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) located on Fort Gordon, Georgia military installation.
