The Government has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Facility Management Technical Support Services at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), Silver Spring, MD. This will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set aside (FAR 19.14). The Facilities Management Department (FMD), Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) is responsible for operations and maintenance of Medical Research facilities occupied by WRAIR and the Navy Medical Research Center (NMRC) located at Forest Glen Annex (FGA), Silver Spring, Maryland to include oversight and management of Army Medical Research facility construction and renovation projects. WRAIR FMD has a requirement to acquire non-personal services in support of WRAIR's facilities management program to support the initiatives and mission of FMD, to maintain continuity of facility operations and allow for continued facilities service support for the WRAIR/NMRC client-base.
