The contractor shall convert the specified room to TS/SCI SCIF compliance standards. Once accredited, the unit will be able to install NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS. This effort includes construction management, oversight, and execution in accordance with all applicable building codes and regulations. Renovation, construction, and final delivery of the SCIF must conform to, or accommodate, existing Plats, plans, schematics, and any architectural design drawings specific to the work area, and must conform to the technical requirements for SCIF renovation and certification. The SCIF must accommodate communication and storage of classified material, including Secure Working Areas (SWAs), and installation of Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) resources and assets. The scope of this effort includes only construction of the functional SCIF space; it does not include furnishing or non-functional design elements of the functional SCIF.
