SEE ATTACHMENT "22-Q-0069 Amendment 1 28 April 2022" for complete instructions The Government intends to award a single blanket purchase agreement for the procurement of a medical Food & Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) cleared commercial, Dental Amalgamator systems, for use in Army Deployed Medical Role of Care 2 and 3. The Dental Amalgamator is an electrically powered mechanical apparatus controlled by a microprocessor designed to triturate balanced proportions of restorative materials such as Amalgam, Glass Ionomer (GI), and Intermediate Restorative Material (IRM) in order to restore the damaged or decayed dentition. The initial order will be six (6) test articles, with a ceiling of up to 488 total systems to be ordered. Please see attached solicitation document for further instruction.
