The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05. DESCRIPTION: This action is to be competed to fulfill the need of The U.S. Army Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC). TATRC requires Brand name Siemen EPOC blood analyzers and peripheral products. See DELIVERY INFORMATION for POP. This requirement is brand name only and is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is - 334510- Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments from the following website: SAM.gov. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award.
