REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, in collaboration with the Naval Medical Research Center, Naval Advanced Medical Development (NMRC-NAMD), requests information on specific capabilities to support technology development and maturation initiatives that result in knowledge products and prototype technologies in support of efforts to enhance performance of Sailors and Marines.Specifically, the Government seeks comprehensive ability to increase operational capability through modeling and algorithms associated with physiology and environmental stressors; data interpretation solutions including artificial intelligence; wearable physiomontioring device development, integration, and development testing; prototype system developmental testing; and delivery of production representative prototypes.Capabilities must be able to deliver solutions that support extreme tactical environments and operational constraints, including speed, security, size, weight, and power considerations. Ability to use and/or process classified information is mandatory. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible, interested parties may identify their interest by submitting capability information by Thursday, 28 January 2021 at 2:00 p.m. EST in order to establish the ability of the responder to meet this requirement. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment.
