This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The following action is to be competed by U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA), Warfighter Protection and Acute Care (WPAC) Project Management Office (PMO), 1430 Veterans Drive, Fort Detrick, MD 21702-5009, for the procurement of Brand Name DSUVIA National Stock Number (NSN) 6505-01-678-1097 Sufentnail NanoTabs. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by USAMRAA, Fort Detrick, MD, as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07; effective 2 July 2020. DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for Brand Name DSUVIA National Stock Number (NSN) 6505-01-678-1097 Sufentnail NanoTabs. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business issued as brand name only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325412 - Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing with a size standard of 1250 employees. Reference attached RFP W81XWH-20-R-0095 for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Maribel C. Fratina, Contract Specialist, maribel.c.fratina.civ@mail.mil, no later than 27 August 2020 at 10:00 AM EST. Questions received after this date will not be accepted. An Amendment to this RFP will be posted to BETA.SAM.gov with responses to the questions received. Only one set of questions per Contractor will be accepted. No telephone calls will be accepted. Proposals in response to this RFP are due via e-mail no later than, Thursday, 3 September 2020 at 10:00 AM EST to Ms. Maribel C. Fratina, Contract Specialist, maribel.c.fratina.civ@mail.mil. This RFP as well as any amendments will be used electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided.
