Amendment 0004 provides Questions received and the Government's answers. Attachment C is revised and uploaded with this Amendment. A copy of the Amendment is provided as well as a conformed copy of the solicitation with all changes. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0003 extends the proposal due date to 27 April 2020 at 3pm EST. Questions received and Government responses will be posted in a subsequent Amendment. _______________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0002 corrects a clerical error on Amendment 0001 stating that proposals remain due on April 1, 2020. The correction is that proposals remain due on April 17, 2020. ________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 extends the due date for the submittal of questions to 20 days after the date of the posting of the solicitation. No extension is provided to the proposal due date. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The objective of this contract is to support the operation and sustainment of APLIS at AP laboratory sites as identified in Attachment G. . The Contractor shall perform integrated activities, which includes the installation and sustainment and all test, training, and production and training environments, site Military Treatment Facility (MTF) installs, customer support, system and infrastructure maintenance at host MHS Application Access Gateway (MAAG) sites, and quality assurance. This support also includes change and configuration management of current and future versions of APLIS to ensure continuous support. This support also includes the configuration, implementation, and maintenance activities required to deploy new versions of APLIS (future releases and/or upgrades of application software throughout the life of the sustainment contract) to include interfaces with other clinical systems.
