The solicitation is issued as a Brand Name Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name Only Tactical Combat Casualty Care/Emergency Medical Services (TCCC/EMS) Cut Suits, Surgical Cut Suits with TCCC/EMS Capabilities and Hyper Realistic Moulage Kits.
