COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81XWH-20-Q-0107 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), on behalf the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD) has a requirement Brand name Müller Instruments products Hydrophone and Amplifier that will provide continuity needed to use with the existing Acoustic System: Four (4) each Müller Instruments products-Platte Needle Probe Hydrophones and four (4) each Müller Instruments MVA-10 Voltage Amplifiers to fulfill UBI-research milestones and shipping to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This combined synopsis/solicitation is 100% set aside for small business and issued as brand name Request for Quote (RFQ) for Brand name Müller Instruments products using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. The RFQ closes on 29 July 2020 at 10:00 AM EST. Email quotes in response to Ms. Maribel C.
