The NAICS code is 339112. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order to the successful quoter with a base period and four option years. This requirement is for a Diagnostica Stago STA-Compact Analyzer coagulation system to include the equipment, reagents, supplies, preventative maintenance and unlimited repairs to perform Stat, Special and routine coagulation testing at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.
