The contract covers Program Analysis and Risk Support for the ARCP, including data management and analysis, report preparation, Risk Management Internal Controls, program audit execution and management support, and Organizational Inspection Programs and Staff Assistance Visits at all Soldier Recovery Units and Definitive Care Units in CONUS. The contractor will act as project facilitator for related meetings, projects, and events across preparation, execution, and post-event phases. Support also includes Soldier Management Branch data extraction, monitoring, analysis, and Program Risk Management audit execution and management support, such as for SCAADL.
