INFANT SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
This is a fixed-price service contract for the maintenance of an infant protection system at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The contractor must provide 24/7 telephonic support, all necessary updates, zero-cost warranty replacements, and on-call technician support with a 24-hour response for routine service and a 12-hour response for emergency service. The contractor is also required to supply a standard set of refurbishments, including 100 infant transmitters at least twice per year, and perform one annual comprehensive inspection at no additional cost. All proposed rates for services and refurbishments will be locked in for the contract's duration and must include travel costs. All equipment and software must be compatible with existing WAMC systems and capable of feeding back to the facility's security suite.
