The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price, sole source, contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement is for non-personal services which includes Contractor shall provide for a 5-year period. Each year - One year license for one VR headset installation for a Qty of 6 Unlimited moderator client installations included One-year software support and maintenance, including basic support and software updates to base software and all licensed scenarios Includes email and business hours phone support. The proposed contract period of performance will be an order period from 28 August 2025 – 27 August 2030. The Solicitation number is W81K04-25-Q-A017. This is not a request for quote, and no telephonic request will be honored. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov website in the near future. The requirement will be using NAICS Code 611710. Product Safety Code R420. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
