This contract is a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract's terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform hospital laundry services for medical linen and dry cleaning of patient privacy curtains/window drapes as defined in the PWS and Exhibits, except as specified in Section 3 as Government Furnished Property and Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
