The event is scheduled to take place 23 -28 February 2025. The venue must be able to accommodate up to 500 attendees, provide necessary conference support services, provide lodging rooms for 500 personnel, and meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Need (SON). Submission Requirements: Interested parties must provide documentation confirming their facility can meet the specified requirements. Submissions should include the facility's capacity, location, amenities, and availability for the specified dates in February 2025.
