Neurocognitive Assessment Test Support Services
The Medical Acquisition Support Office at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX, is conducting market research for continued Neurocognitive Assessment Testing support services using certified exam proctors who facilitate, schedule, administer, and supervise testing for Military Service Members. These assessments are clinically vital for identifying traumatic brain injuries, evaluating cognitive readiness, and establishing baseline cognitive profiles. The requirement is for up to nine months beginning December 3, 2026, with services terminating upon completion of that period or sooner and no follow-on effort. The Government intends to award a modification to an existing IDIQ contract to Controller Bay, LLC, increasing the ceiling and extending the period of performance by nine months under only-one-responsible-source authority. This is a limited, time-sensitive phase-out action as the Army NCAT program transitions to a successor neurocognitive assessment platform managed by the Defense Health Agency.
