Included with Amendment are attachments 3 and 11.This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide medical laboratory testing services (Force Readiness Infectious Disease Screening) for the detection of 4th Generation Human Immunodeficiency Virus(es) (HIV) 1/2 Antigen/Antibody, Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (HBsAb), Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), and Hepatitis C Virus (anti-HCV).
