The U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) requires non-severable, non-personal services of an accredited university to award the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree to Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) students who successfully complete the U.S. Army Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing (USAGPAN) curriculum. The Contractor shall provide all required personnel and services. To meet this need, the Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) intends to award a commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award contract with FFP CLINs for the services of Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing Program Doctorate of Nursing Practice. The contract will have one five year ordering period. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 611310. The agency is seeking industry information and comments from sources with capabilities to perform the contract and with relevant experience in all of the functional areas mentioned above.
