The services to be provided will be training and support of all United States Army Reserve (USAR) medical units, Department of Defense (DoD) medical and non-medical forces. The RTS-MED is a training facility staffed and equipped to provide and support collective and individual training to medical units and personnel. The RTS-MED executes training for reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction (WMD) training support. The RTS-MED program consists of face-to-face training in support of medical and non-medical personnel, which includes training deploying soldiers, refreshing medical skill sets for non-deploying soldiers, supporting Extended Combat Training (ECT), providing bio-medical maintenance, and maintaining medical training sets. The anticipated sites of performance: primarily at Camp Parks CA, which includes the sub-site at Fort Hunter-Liggett CA; Fort Gordon GA; and Fort McCoy WI. Split-based operations for Ft. Hunter Liggett during Warrior Exercise (WAREX) and Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) are required at Camp Parks, and may be required at Camp Roberts and/or Camp San Luis Obispo, CA.
