The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract with firm-fixed priced task orders on behalf of Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC), Fort Gordon, Georgia for healthcare environmental cleaning and related services. The services have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720-Janitorial Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 million. This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures and will be procured as a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside. The solicitation W81K04-21-R-0021, will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or about 20 August 2021 and will be posted electronically on the System for Award Management Website (https://sam.gov).
