H2F ATHLETIC TRAINERS IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS: “The offeror shall submit their initial response for solicitation for contract award for commercial items by email to David Robledo and Anthony Hill at david.robledo17.civ@mail.mil and anthony.j.hill16.civ@mail.mil NLT 10:00 AM, 5 May 2021, Local San Antonio TX time. The initial response shall include the contractors, Company Name, Proposal Number, Cage Code, Duns Number, Technical and Contractor POCs (name, telephone number and email address) and the overall Proposal Cost. Upon initial Proposal receipt, the Government will provide instructions for an invite for contractors to drop off full proposal(s) through the secure DoD Safe website at https://safe.apps.mil/. The contractor full proposal shall be received NLT 3:00 PM Local San Antonio TX time 6 May 2021. Failing to meet any one of the two submission deadlines specified above in this paragraph would cause the entire proposal to be treated as late and no proposal would be eligible for award Offerors who determine that the technical or other requirements of this RFP require clarifications in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal are requested to submit all questions in writing using attachment 1 of the RFP, Contractor Questions Sheet, within 10 calendar days of release of the RFP. These questions shall be directed to the POCs identified above.
