Continue monitoring SAM for posting. This is a pre-solicitation notice for Medical Referral Services U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (MEPCOM). The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a non-personal service(s) contract to provide medical accession services to support USMEPCOM Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), to include supporting satellite cities, and remote processing stations (RPS) throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The Medical Accession services consists of Fee Basis Providers (FBP) and Prescreen Support. The FBP and prescreen personnel will review military service applicant’s medical histories, perform medical evaluations, and conduct reviews of medical test results and documents, with an end goal of determining whether an applicant for military service meets the medical standards established by Congress and the Military Services at one of the USMEPCOM geographically dispersed facilities. The NAICS Code is 621111 Office of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialist) with a small business size standard of $16,000,000.00. The Government intends to award two labor hour contracts, one for each sector (eastern and western sector). Each contract will consist of a base year from18 December 2024 through 17 December 2025 and four 1-year options. The base year will include a four month transition and an eight month period of performance. This requirement will be 100% 8(a) set-aside. Solicitation W81K04-24-R-0004 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environmental (PIEE) (https://cac.piee.eb.mil/), on or about 31 July 2024. No hard copies will be provided and will be distributed solely through PIEE. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the PIEE website.
