This is a pre-solicitation notice for Medical Referral Services U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (MEPCOM). The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a non-personal service(s) contract to provide medical referral services to support USMEPCOM Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), to include supporting satellite cities, and remote processing stations (RPS) throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. This requirement will provide t medical referral services to applicants processing into the Active, Reserve and National Guard components of the Armed Forces for Departments of Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force and United States Coast Guard, and other government agencies such as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The Medical Referral services consists of medical/dental consultations and ancillary/laboratory services. The contractor shall provide results from the medical referral services for use by government providers who ultimately make determinations to medically qualify, or disqualify, applicants for military service The NAICS Code is 621111 Office of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialist) with a small business size standard of $16,000,000.00. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The period of performance will consist of a five-year ordering period from 1 July 2024 through 30 June 2029. This will be awarded using full and open competition. Solicitation W81K04-24-R-0001 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environmental (PIEE) (https://cac.piee.eb.mil/), on or about 29 Feb 2024. No hard copies will be provided and will be distributed solely through PIEE. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the PIEE website.
