The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houstonm TX intends to award a Single Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract with firm-fixed priced task orders on behalf of Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH), West Point, New York for healthcare environmental cleaning (HEC) and related services. The services have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720-Janitorial Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 million. This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures and will be procured as a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside. The solicitation W81K04-22-R-0020 will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or about mid July 2022 and will be posted electronically on the System for Award Management Website (https://sam.gov). No hard copies will be made available. Once the solicitation is posted. it is incumbent upon interested partied to review this site frequently for any updated/amendments to any and all document.
