This is a solicitation for the Contractor to provide Physical Examinations services at contractor facilities throughout all 50 states and territories in The United States to include Puerto Rico on behalf of the Department of the Army, Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO). The services contemplated have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 621111 – Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialist). The Small Business size standard is $14 million. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price Task Orders as a result of the solicitation. The projected ordering period will include a 60 month ordering period for a total of five years. This will be a Full and Open Competition. Award will be made to a single Offeror who represents the Lowest Price Techniacally Acceptable offer. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet.
