This RFI is issued as a means of conducting market research to determine the availability of sources with capabilitiy and capacity to provide repair parts soluction for medical devices in the Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) inventory. Interested sources shall provide a capability statement that includes, as a minimum, the following information: brief description of your product (including functions and salient characteristics), company's name and address, point of contact, cage code, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, and business size as it relates to your North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this product. Interested sources must complete the attachments and provide responses to the Questions for Industry.
