This Sources Sought notice is not a Request for Proposal and is not to be considered as a commitment by the government; it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources for informational and planning purposes only and is being published by the Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources capable of providing the below items: 1. Scott Toilet Tissue – Tissue need to fit a Scott Pro, MOD, Cordless JRT Twin Bathroom Tissue Dispenser, Black, model# 39731 2. Scott Roll Paper Hand Towels – Towels need to fit a Scott Manual Slimroll, Touchless Hard Roll Dispenser, Orange Code – Black, model# 47092 3. Dial Complete Antimicrobial Original Hand Soap (17000 16682, 3/1.2L) – Soap refills need to fit a Dial Manual Professional Dispenser, Slate, 17000 16615, 3/1.2L 4. Purell Hand Sanitizer 1200ml Refill for Purell Es8 Touch-Free Soap Dispensers, model# 7720-01, 1,200 ml, white Contractors shall include the following information in your response: 1. Company Name and Address 2. Point of Contact with name, title, phone number and email 3. CAGE Code and DUNS Number 4. Capability Statement 5.
