Solicitation W81K04-20-R-0006 for Defense Health Agency (DHA) Enterprise Teleradiology has been cancelled to allow transition to DHA, Enterprise Medical Support - Contracting Division. The expected solicitation release date for W81K04-20-R-0006 DHA Enterprise Teleradiology services has been extended to July 2020. The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement to provide non-personal professional diagnostic radiological services at Contractor facilities using Department of Defense (DoD) approved secure broadband connections to transmit radiology images and data between the requiring Defense Health Agency (DHA) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and the Contractor’s facilities. The supported DHA MTFs include, medical centers, hospitals, clinics, and similar facilities located worldwide, both within the continental United States (CONUS), outside the continental United States (OCONUS), and in U.S. Territories. The Contractor will be required to provide image interpretation and reports by board certified radiologists in support of basic assistance with case volume and on-call scenarios throughout the Military Health System (MHS). The Contractor must be authorized to connect to and transmit data between the Army, Navy, Air Force, and DHA Medical Community of Interest (MEDCOI) Information Networks. The contractor’s computer hardware must be capable of receiving Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) compliant diagnostic imaging studies from the requiring MTF and to return a final interpretation report that will automatically upload into the patient’s Electronic Health Record (EHR). The anticipated contract will have a 5-year ordering period from date of award. Solicitation W81K04-20-R-0006 will be made available within the next 60 days and will be distributed solely through the Beta.Sam.Gov at https:beta.sam.gov, on or about 17 June 20. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
