Amendment 0006-Amendment 0006 to the solicitation is hereby published on 7 February 2020. The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to, Post a Question and Answer document derived as a result of Amendment 0004, Make minor corrections to the Addendum to 52.212-1 and Addendum to 52.212-2, Change the period of performance on all contract line item numbers and post a revised Attachment 3 - Price Matrix, Revision 1, dated 6 February 2020. For the offerors that submitted a proposal on 24 June 2019, resubmittal of Attachment 3 - Price Matrix, Revision 1, dated 6 February 2020 is optional. A complete conformed copy of the solicitation as of 7 February 2020 is also attached. Amendment 0005-Amendment 0005 to the solicitation is hereby published on 8 January 2020. The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to correct the proposal due date in block 8 of the SF 1449 from 17 September 2019 to 21 February 2020. A complete conformed copy as of 8 January is attached. Amendment 0004-Amendment 0004 to the solicitation is hereby published on 8 January 2020. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to inform all offerors that the source selection method/basis of award has changed from Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable to Performance Price Tradeoff. See attached Amendment 0004 which includes a revised Addendum to 52.212-2. The entire Addendum has been revised. Offerors are advised to read the Addendum thoroughly. Other minor changes were made to the Addendum to 52.212-1. The revised proposal due date is 21 February 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Offerors are urged to read the entire Amendment for instructions for submittal of proposals. Re-submittal is optional for those that submitted a proposal on 24 June 2019. Amendment 0003-Post Attachment 5, Question and Answer Template and other revisions to the Performance Work Statement, Exhibit A (Performance Requirements Summary), Exhibit B (Deliverables), Exhibit C (Summary of Cleanable Sqare Feet), Exhibit E (Government Furnished Facilities and Equipment List), Attachment 1 (MTF Description and Workload Data), and Attachment 4 (Staffing Chart). All of the previous Exhibits and Attachments are embedded within the amendment except for Exhibit C. Exhibit C is posted as a separate attachment.
