The U.S. Army intends to issue a sole-source solicitation to Wolters Kluwer N.V. for subscription services for SIMPLIFI 797 and 800 software. The services will be performed at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Hawaii. The justification is that only this source is capable of providing these unique software services. This presolicitation notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but responses may be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is possible.
