GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Repair and Preventative Maintenance of Two (2) Radiometer ABL 90 Flex Plus for Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright Alaska. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 September 2025 through 28 February 2031 (Base and four (4) one-year option periods, plus the FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend). The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Radiometer America, Inc., as they are the only vendor that can provide the required services, as specified in the Performance Work Statement. The devices are from Radiometer America, Inc., therefore the ABL-90s must be serviced by the Radiometer America, Inc. Conducting service and maintenance outside of the manufacturer’s OEM procedures and requirements voids the piece of equipment for use in patient testing treatment and care. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
