GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for On-Site Surgical Instrument Sharpening Maintenance Services for Bassett Army Community Hospital. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 October 2025 through 31 March 2031 (Base and four (4) one-year option periods, plus the FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend). The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Northwestern Surgical Repair, Inc., as they are the only vendor that can provide the required on-site sharpening maintenance services, in the required timeframe, as specified in the Performance Work Statement. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
