Amendment 1- This amendment posts offeror questions received and Government responses as well as amends the solicitation for the following: 1) Removes CLIN 0005 for maintenance. Maintenance costs as shown in the Statement of work shall be factored into the price of the monthly platform lease under CLIN 0001 as applicable. 2) Changes the quantity of CLIN 0004 to 35,690 to fix a clerical error and match appendix 1 of the PWS for estimated usage. 3) Adds FAR Provision 52.204-22, Alternate Line-Item Proposal, to allow offerors to submit a quote for alternate line items based on industry standard or unique business practices. In particular, the Government is willing to review one or more alternate line items in liew of CLIN 0004 for price per test so long as the proposed line items fully account for the estimated testing usage under appendix 1 and associated ancillaries, supplies, reagents and antibodies required for all testing. 4) Add the indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract minimum and maximum amounts, to be finalized at time of award based on awarded contract prices. 5) Extends the closing date to 11 August 2025. (End of amendment 1 notes) The Contractor shall provide automated Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In-situ Hybridization (ISH) slide staining platform/s, antibody stains, reagents, and supplies used to support the Anatomic Pathology mission at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing IHC/ISH antibody stains automated platform/s (inclusive of instruments and peripheral equipment to include but not limited to a computer, external drives, paper printer (reports), slide label printer, barcode scanner, back up batteries, UPS, etc.), maintenance, services, repairs, and parts are as required in order to maintain the systems in optimal working condition at no extra cost to the Government .
