The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific (RHCO-P) at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a sole source contract to Varian Medical Systems (VMS) for maintenance and repair of the Varian Linear Accelerator System, including Aria and Eclipse software, at TAMC. Period of performance is 01 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 (base), four (4) one-year options, and FAR 52.217-8. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned Varian Linear Accelerator System, Eclipse Treatment Planning System, and ARIA Oncology Information System, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and/or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
