Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0224Q0077 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0224Q0077 to ProVation, in the amount of $158,814.50 for a Base Year with (1) Option renewal of ProVation MD & Multicare Software with maintenance at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The software renewal is proprietary by letter for all components are considered intellectual property of ProVation. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
