Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0224Q0066 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0224Q0066 to Daavlin Distributing Co, in the amount of $27,564.07 for the purchase of proprietary Smart Touch® technology a Full-body Phototherapy Cabinet for the Dermatology Clinic at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA The unit comes with features of permanent patient records built-in protocols, Data Management, and Real-time power, paralleled in safety. This is the only unit with an acrylic outer barrier, which separates the acrylic barrier from direct contact of the bulbs, this allows the end-user to easily clean and sanitize the unit without requiring down time due to having certified Biomedical Technicians to disassemble, tag-out, as out of service and having to clean the unit internally, which delays the daily use and treatment of patient care. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
