The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific (MRCO-P) intends to award a sole source contract to Jensen Hughes, Inc. to provide a Medical Surge Capacity Assessment, Planning, Training & Exercise Program at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The delivery schedule for this requirement is a seven-month base period, options are not included. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
