Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0223Q0168 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price BPA Call under solicitation W81K0223Q0168 to Prolacta Bioscience, Inc, in the amount of $250,000.00 for Human Milk, Human Milk Fortifier, Human Milk Caloric Fortifier, & Human Milk-Based Premature Infant Formula at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. These products are made soley in the U.S. proprietary of Prolacta Bioscience Inc. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
