Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0223Q0084 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0223Q0084 to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Informatics, in the amount of $218,409.00 for follow-on Base +2 years, proprietary Abbott RALS-Web3 Middleware Point-of-Care Server Licensing at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The RALS-Web3 is for the software connectivity support renewal of multiple glucose meters that will enable a comprehensive management of reagents expiration dates, to include bidirectional oversight on the certifications and re-certification of over 1200 testing personnel. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
