GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Annual Maintenance Service for the Philips EPIQ7 Ultrasound System at the 51st Medical Group (51MDG) at Osan Air Base, Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 August 2023 through 31 January 2029 (Base and four (4) one-year option periods, plus the FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend). The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Philips Korea, as Philips Korea is currently the only authorized provider of the Philips EPIQ7 Ultrasonic Scanning System at 51 MDG. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
