This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract with Firm Fixed Prices for Ark Fentanyl II Assay Kits, 5069-0001-2 500/500mL for the Beckman Coulter 5800 series at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is W81K0223Q0066. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6550, size standard is 1250 employees and the NAICS code of 325413. This procurement is unrestricted Brand Name Only. Contractors shall submit a quote on the following (see Attachment 1): CLINs 0001 through 4001 – Ark Fentanyl II Assay Kits, 5069-0001-2 500/500mL / 5 / each Period of Performance: 21 March 2023 through 30 September 2027 All responsible offerors shall provide an offer that meets the Brand Name Only Ark Fentanyl II Assay Kits, 5069-0001-2 500/500mL for the Beckman Coulter 5800 series. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See Attachment 1. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See Attachment 1. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. See Attachment 1. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See Attachment 1. The Government intends to award a contract with Firm Fixed Prices for a base period of 21 March 2023 through 30 September 2023 with four (4) one-year options to the successful quoter. Contract Requirements - The successful offeror shall be required to meet the requirements of the combined synopsis/solicitation. Contractors shall quote their unit pricing based on the quantities identified in each Contract Line Item Number. See Attachment 1 for Proposal Instructions / Evaluation Criteria.
