The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Madigan Army Medical Center in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington has a requirement for delivery of various Medical Gases and Medical Gas Cylinders, including but not limited to, medical grades of carbon dioxide, helium, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, oxygen, argon, miscellaneous medical gases, bulk oxygen, and refilling tank(s). The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 EMP (in number of employees). Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities and qualifications statement. The Product Service Code is 6835, Medical Gases. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to acquire the products using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Interested organizations are invited to submit information demonstrating their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice. Interested organizations may submit their responses in writing no later than 23 February 2023 at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
