The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to award a sole source contract to Candela Corporation to provide maintenance and repair services on the Candela VBeam Perfecta Laser for Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 March 2023 through 29 February 2024 (base), four (4) one-year options, and FAR 52.217-8. The contractor shall be required to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned Candela VBeam Perfecta Laser, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and/or maintain the Government owned equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
