Combat Medical is the sole provider of theseTruBodie Cadaver Simulators for lifelike medical training. The authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is cited in FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i) which authorizes the government to award contracts when there is only one source reasonably available (e.g.urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization).
