The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to award a sole source contract to Orthoscan Inc. to provide maintenance and repair services on two (2) Orthoscan Mini C-arm mobile x-ray units for Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 November 2022 through 31 October 2023 (base), four (4) one-year options, and FAR 52.217-8. The contractor shall be required to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned Orthoscan Mini C-arm mobile x-ray units, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and/or maintain the Government owned equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
