Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0222Q0129 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0222Q0129 to Medtronic Sofamor Danek, in the amount of $237,000.00 for a Base Year with (2) Options on proprietary Preventive Maintenance and Repair services, O-Arm 2D / 3D Imaging System at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. This unit will be used for a variety of Operating Room procedures including spine, cranial, and orthopedics. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
