Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0222Q0125 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0222Q0125 to Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), Portland Oregon, in the amount of $149,491.44 for R&D OHSU Consultation Services, 1 year study project conducted between OHSU & Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA, Department of Clinical Investigation. Evaluation of Immunosequencing and Bioinformatics Methods for the Rapid Development of Neutralizing Antibodies. This study seeks the capability for Overseeing Flow Cytometry, Next Generation Sequencing Bioinformatics Services. This project is lead and co-founded by Dr. William Messer, MD, PHD, OHSU. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
